Temple Israel is a historical building and museum in Leadville, Colorado. Built in 1884 and restored in 2008, it is the oldest synagogue building still standing west of the Mississippi River! The Hebrew Cemetery, established in 1880 and restored in the 1990s, is related to Temple Israel.
