The 2015 Homer Davenport Community Festival held August 7 through 9, is the City of Silverton, Oregon's traditional Summer Festival. Held the first full weekend in August, we celebrate the life and work of Homer C. Davenport, Silverton's favorite son and 19th century Hearst Political Cartoonist.
